– A relationship-driven Customer Success Manager
We are an ambitious SaaS company in an exciting phase of expansion. With a powerful Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) platform, we have established ourselves as Nordic's leading solution for data-driven budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Our platform helps companies simplify and streamline their financial processes, enabling them to become more successful.
With nearly 200 customers, including Trustly, Rejlers, Billogram, Foodora, Fjällräven and Netlight, we have already demonstrated the value of our product. Now, it's time to scale even further!

Who are you?
– A problem-solver with a passion for customer success!
You might have a background in business controlling, finance, customer success, or account management and now want to apply your skills in a more social and strategic role. You love helping customers succeed, optimizing processes, and working with innovative technology. You are communicative, structured, proactive, and passionate about delivering value.
About the role
At Planacy, you will work closely with a team of financial planning experts and technical specialists to ensure that our customers maximize the value of our platform. Your role will include:
✔ Relationship Management – Act as the trusted advisor for CFOs, Business Controllers, and Finance Teams.
✔ Customer Retention & Growth – Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to help customers get even more value from Planacy.
✔ Customer Onboarding & Training – Guide new customers through implementation and ensure they quickly see value in the platform.
✔ Process Optimization – Help customers design optimal budgeting and forecasting workflows.
✔ Customer Insights & Feedback – Gather customer feedback to improve our product and enhance user experience.
This is a social, business-driven, and strategic role where you will work closely with both our sales team and technical experts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Your qualities

🔹 Fluent in written and spoken English & Swedish
🔹 Passionate about financial planning, analytics, and technology
Bonus qualifications (nice-to-have but not required)
✅ Experience working with financial planning, business controlling, or SaaS
✅ Familiarity with balance sheets, cash flow, and financial forecasting
✅ Interest in software, automation, and data-driven decision-making
